About us.
Welcome! A national platform for training Smart City experts.
Academia Smart City® is a national professional training platform for anyone interested in the Smart City industry, coordinated by the Romanian Smart City Association (Asociația Română pentru Smart City, ARSC).
The platform sets out to train experts for the Smart City industry, both for central and local public institutions and for the companies that develop Romania's cities and communities.
Who we serve
The Academy's programmes are aimed at public administration specialists, decision-makers and managers in public institutions, local administrators, local councillors and mayors, as well as private-sector professionals interested in Smart City projects.
Our approach
Our courses are built around three ideas: expertise, efficiency, benefits.
Coordination and partners
The Academy is coordinated by the Romanian Smart City Association in partnership with national and international institutions, including The World's Smart Cities Organization and Politehnica University of Bucharest.
